I have a gym setup at home, and I've been weightlifting for quite a few years. I've never been into doing cardio though, I find it boring. But! I realised recently that I wasn't getting that much fitter and that I should stop pretending I don't need to do cardio, so I bought an exercise bike. Yay. First workout today and I get all these accolades from the Apple Watch, how gratifying! Only one is to do with the exercise bike though, I've been quite dedicated lately.
