Blended! The finished super tasty sauce.

Cooked for 20 minutes with herbs and sautéed garlic.

Roasted for 30 minutes and full of flavour.

Ready to roast: with salt, oil, balsamic and onions.

Pretty much the last harvest I think, which is why I also picked some green and yellow ones, they probably won’t ripen.
